The Perfect Fall Transition Piece

Fall is upon us already and I don’t know whether to laugh or cry! It’s always so fun to see what new colors and styles launch around this time of year. I have such a practical wardrobe (mostly) and am a total sucker for neutral tones. A couple of years back I was heavily into sweater dresses. This year, I’ve been living in one of my new favorite brands: Bella Dahl. They have soft, high quality fabrics and designs that are so wearable. I packed their dresses and rompers everywhere with me through summer travels. Seriously. See here and here. When we arrived back in LA after our summer beach fun in Europe, there was a special little package at the door with a few gorgeous items from the Fall collection. Today I styled up my favorite which I think is the perfect fall transition piece: the jumpsuit.

This timeless jumpsuit is made of 100% Tencel (branded version of similar lyocell fiber). This is an environmentally sustainable, recyclable fiber that’s harvested from all natural materials. It’s known for it’s gentleness on skin, tactile similarities to silk, softness and natural comfort. The quality of the items is one of the things I appreciate the most in Bella Dahl clothing. Every item feels naturally comfortable. Over the years, I have really gravitated away from anything containing polyester fibers and wearing clothes that are essentially plastic!

The fabric belt detail is at the perfect placement to give this flowing Fall transition piece shape and contour on the body.

Wow!! Yeah the cut on this is so flattering 🙂 I’ve seen a few Tencel things too on clothes recently, I didn’t know it was a luxury fabric though, need to try it out soon. Tnx for sharing babe x

A little about me…

Hello there! I’m Ana Free, s’nice to meet you! Thanks for stopping by my lifestyle and mommy blog! I’m mama to a gorgeous baby girl called Zoe as well as a four-legged rescue pooch called Indie and wifey to an Argentinian music producer hunk by the name of Rodrigo (but since that’s too long I always call him Rod haha). I love music, writing and singing songs, traveling, doing my makeup, taking photographs and spending time with my family. The craziest thing I’ve ever done is skydive and the most embarrassing was probably when I peed in protest on the floor in ballet as a child because the teacher wouldn’t let me go to the bathroom (seriously, when a 6 year old says they need to go, you gotta let ’em)!

As with most creatives, it seems I have a million and one passions and this space is where I get to write, share, ramble and post whatever comes to mind in my world. It’s really just all things casual, travels, mama+baby, fashion, makeup, style and me.
