I have a total love affair with denim. There’s something so satisfying about finding an amazing pair of jeans, or that perfect fit denim jacket. Today, I’m bringing you some of my favorite Denim Outfits for Day and Night in this super fun collaboration with Stage Stores! I hopped over to their great selection of denims and ordered a range of pieces that are so versatile, on-trend and easy to style in both day and night outfits. I also drew some ideas and inspiration from their helpful Denim Guide to get me started! As a modern woman, mama to a little toddler, boss chick and wifey, I’m always looking for pieces that will last, whilst keeping my wardrobe fresh and fun so I’m excited to share what I came up with today!

*This post is a collaboration with Stage Stores. All thoughts and opinions are my own (read more here on this!).

+ Denim Overalls

I couldn’t resist a great pair of overalls because they’re so practical, cute and can be worn so many ways! For my day outfit, I opted for a lacy off the shoulder crop top to keep it summery, lumberjack shirt tied around the waist and blush sneakers. I couldn’t resist getting little Zoe a similar pair and matching!

Because overalls lean towards super casual (especially in denim!), you wouldn’t think they’d be easy to dress up for evening but actually, they go beautifully with more elegant pieces like lace blouses, button down shirts, flowy tops etc. I completed this night outfit with some high-heeled ankle boots which definitely set the tone for the casual evening/date night look.

+ Ripped Skinny Jeans

My absolute go-to. My fail safe. I’m a self-confessed skinny jeans addict. These Levis can do no wrong! Putting together this day outfit was so simple — I love how the darker wash is accented by the pops of white in the discreet rips. It’s the perfect amount of rip that shows a lil’ sass and personality over a coffee work meeting whilst being discreet enough to wear to pick up the kiddos from school. I opted for a flowing half-tucked button down shirt and pumps embellished with faux pearls. The weaved purse with tassels adds a pop of color to it all! P.S. Wear a bold lip, it always adds a little je ne sais quois.

What is the peanut butter to skinny jean’s jelly, you ask? Oversized sweaters. Yes, thank you and please. Nothing better than an oversized sweater to make those skinnies flatter you even more. For the night outfit, I took advantage of nude blush open heels to help pull this look into another level of elegance. It’s nice to show a little skin and an open sandal style keeps the look from becoming too weighed down. Skinny jeans are so absurdly versatile which is why they’re such a staple in my closet!

+ Crop Denim Bomber Jacket

The second I spotted this, I was OBSESSED. I’ve never owned an oversized, uber cool, crop denim bomber jacket and I love love LOVE the cut. It just makes you feel so confident, I don’t know why! For the day, I decided to roll with that rock-chic look and pair this jacket with graphic pants, heeled boots and a satin crop top. The jacket has a faux sheep fur detail for the collar (and it’s removable too) which is a nice textured detail. It’s a new style for me for sure, but that’s exactly what a piece like this does – it makes you reimagine what to wear and step out of the box a little.

For a night outfit, you can style this crop jacket over a contrasting mini dress to achieve a really elegant, sexy and fresh look. The knee-high velvet boots complete the look because they tie in with the black jacket, whilst the contrast with the pastel lavender keeps the whole visual super modern and feminine!

And those are my favorite Denim Outfits For Day And Night for you! I hope you can draw some inspiration from these ideas and get into the creative zone with styling your denims whether it’s for work, coffee, back-to-school, out and about, vacation, anything really! A little about me…

Hello there! I’m Ana Free, s’nice to meet you! Thanks for stopping by my lifestyle and mommy blog! I’m mama to a gorgeous baby girl called Zoe as well as a four-legged rescue pooch called Indie and wifey to an Argentinian music producer hunk by the name of Rodrigo (but since that’s too long I always call him Rod haha). I love music, writing and singing songs, traveling, doing my makeup, taking photographs and spending time with my family. The craziest thing I’ve ever done is skydive and the most embarrassing was probably when I peed in protest on the floor in ballet as a child because the teacher wouldn’t let me go to the bathroom (seriously, when a 6 year old says they need to go, you gotta let ’em)!

As with most creatives, it seems I have a million and one passions and this space is where I get to write, share, ramble and post whatever comes to mind in my world. It’s really just all things casual, travels, mama+baby, fashion, makeup, style and me.
